Компоненты:
90 мг масла ши (карите);60 мг масла какао;15–30 г разделенного риса и/либо пеклеванного миндаля;20 капель легких масел (на выбор).
Масла ши и какао слить, подогрев на водянистый парилке. Добавить сыпучие компоненты и ароматичные масла. Предоставить простыть. Холодную примесь пролить по формочкам и установить в морозильник.

Гречневый скраб
